Five Ways to Align Yourself With The Universe

If you are looking to deepen your connection to the Universe/Source there are many simple changes you can make in your day-to-day life to do so. Below are five of my favorite ways to do so and feel more connected to the Universe, yourself, and our world!

𝟣. Practice Mindfulness - Being mindful of your thoughts and trying to be as present in the current moment as possible will help you master your mind. This will allow you to be more open to the messages the Universe is sending you.

𝟀. Find Reasons to be Thankful - Even finding the smallest of things to be thankful for will fill your heart with joy and raise your energy. When you are feeling anxious, stressed, frustrated etc. (our emotions which actually tells us it’s time to do something different in our lives, to experience more peace of mind, love, fulfillment), focus on gratitude it puts you in the present moment, it will help to put you in a more abundant mindset and align you with feeling good and being the vortex. (Law of Attraction - Abraham Hicks)

πŸ₯. Meditate - Meditation will help ground you and bring peace to any inner turmoil you may be experiencing. If meditating is not your thing, or you are just beginning try spending some quiet time in nature or having a bath soak in quiet or play some light uplifting music or chanting your favorite mantra in Sanskrit or English.

𝟦. Listen to Your Body - Your body knows what you need. Take time to listen to and honor it every day. Show yourself some self-love while you're at it too!𝟧. Utilize Oracle Cards - Using oracle or tarot cards can help you to understand where you are at in the story of your life.

They help you to get to know yourself on a deeper level, allowing you to step into the observer. How best to navigate the energy for the day, week. How best to deal with a particular situation. Reminds you that you have choices and options, no matter what you are facing. They help you to tap into the messages that are there for you in a positive and uplifting way.
