And that word is mindfulness!
Just as the way a butterfly’s whole course can be altered based on the slightest change in the wind, our mind and reality intertwine in a very similar way. The more you can shift your thinking, the more you will notices changes in your life.
This is why practicing mindfulness is so crucial to our growth as humans. We have much more control of our reality and beliefs than it may appear. The more you practice mindfulness and learn to observe what your mind is thinking, rather than taking every thought as fact, the more you will notice beautiful changes in your life.
So today I invite you to take a moment with yourself to sit and watch your thoughts roll through without judgment. Simply invite them in, listen to what they say, and if the thought doesn’t align with you, say “delete thought” and change it to something that’s more in alignment with how you want to feel or what you want to experience. The more time you take to do this, the easier and more naturally it will come to you.
