Grieving can be a very hard, isolating process. It may be difficult to try and heal yourself. That’s why I want to share with you three affirmations to use while dealing with grief.
Affirmations are powerful expressions that you repeat to yourself daily, or even multiple times a day. Through repeating, and embodying these affirmations the thoughts and words soon become your reality. They are a mighty manifestation tool!
Affirmations to use while grieving:
1 – I release the tension in my body.
2 – I find peace in the memories of my loved one.
3 – I am kind to myself as I heal.
